Hello, my name is Kasia and I am your local massage therapist. I tailor the treatment to your requirements, taking all that you are about into consideration at the time of your session.
I believe that massage is a profound tool in a person’s journey to feeling better and to self-discovery. It can shift things on physical as well as emotional levels and give you more energy for things you love or must. Outside my profession, I am a mum, wife and a friend who enjoys growing and cooking. Everyone's different. You might feel immediately relaxed, or you might feel surprisingly energised.

Your body will guide you on what it needs next, whether that's rest, water, or just carrying on with your day.

Note: Tui Na sometimes causes light bruising at specific points, particularly if there are blockages. This fades quickly and is part of releasing what's stuck.
4,000 Years of Knowledge Meets Your Modern Life
Tui Na is the oldest documented massage technique in the world. Chinese and Roman armies used these methods to keep soldiers fighting fit for longer. There's a reason it's lasted.
I completed an intensive 9-month Tui Na course in Cheltenham, including written exams on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles (five elements, meridians, channels).
I also completed around 120 case studies to understand how different bodies respond to treatment.
But here's what matters more: I've been on your side of the massage table.
For 15 years as a London landlady, I relied on weekly Saturday morning massage sessions to manage stress and physical tension. I know what it feels like to need this work, not just how to perform it.
That perspective changes everything. I'm not following a rigid protocol.

Tui Na Massage Bristol
The foundation of what I do. Working through clothing with no oils, Tui Na targets your energy channels (meridians), acupressure points as well as muscle tissue.
Think of it as encouraging your body to move blood and energy where it's gotten stuck.
Sometimes you'll be on the massage table. Sometimes in a chair for neck and shoulder work. I adapt the pressure to what works and what is comfortable
Best for: Chronic tension, stress that's gotten physical, that feeling something's "stuck"

Oil Massage Bristol
The essence of this massage is bodywork, not only on your skin and your muscle tissue, but also on your channels and acupressure points.
To help your body open up. The aim is to release your muscle tension, de-stress and deeply relax your body by improving circulation while nourishing your skin with the highest quality natural oils.
Best for: muscle tightness (knots), stress reduction, relaxation

Indian Head Massage Bristol
Gentle, focused work on head, neck and shoulders. This can be done with or without oil.
It works with the same channels and points as Tui Na but in a softer, more meditative way. Deeply calming.
Best for: Mental stress, tension headaches, when you need to feel held and safe

How Sessions Work
Your First Appointment
For optimal results, we will spend approximately 10-15 minutes in addition to your allocated time for consultation and practicalities.
This means your first appointment will start at the scheduled time, but will last 10-15 minutes longer.
During Treatment
We're co-creating this session based on your feedback. Always tell me if the pressure is too much or too little. If something needs more attention, do let me know.
Otherwise, I will follow my intuition. Some people chat throughout. Some stay quiet. Both are fine.
